Terms of service

These terms apply when you use sonalrastogi.com (“the site”), buy or download one of my templates, or hire me for a project. The site is run by Sonal Rastogi (“I”, “me”). By using the site or my templates, you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@sonalrastogi.com.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, share links to, and learn from the site. Please don’t copy its design, text or images to pass them off as your own, and don’t try to disrupt or misuse it.

Templates

Where they’re sold

Templates aren’t sold on this site. Free templates are downloaded from the Framer Marketplace, and paid templates are bought through Contra. The terms of that platform also apply to your download or purchase, including how payment is handled.

Your licence

Each purchase of a paid template gives you a licence to build one website, either for yourself or for one client. Building another site needs another purchase. You can change the template as much as you like: swap the text, images, colours and layout.

You may not:

• resell, share or give away the template, or a lightly changed copy of it, as a template;
• list it, or a derivative of it, on any template marketplace;
• claim you designed the template itself.

Free templates on the Framer Marketplace are covered by Framer’s marketplace licence.

Refunds

Templates are digital products you get access to right away, so paid purchases are non-refundable. If a template doesn’t work as described, email me and I’ll fix it or help you get it working.

Images and fonts

Photos in templates and demos are for preview only unless I say otherwise; replace them with your own or properly licensed images before you publish. Fonts are subject to their own licences.

Custom work and training

Design projects, website builds, UX audits and AI training are agreed one by one. Before we start, I’ll send a proposal covering scope, price, timeline and payment terms. That proposal, once you accept it, governs the project, and takes priority over these terms where the two differ. Unless the proposal says otherwise, you own the final deliverables once they’re paid for in full, and I may show the work in my portfolio.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, writing and templates are my work and remain mine, apart from the licence you receive when you buy a template. Product names and logos of other companies, such as Framer, belong to their owners.

No guarantees

The site and templates are provided “as is”. I work to keep them accurate and working, but I can’t promise they will be error-free, always available, or suited to every purpose, and I’m not responsible for changes Framer or other platforms make that affect them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or templates. For any claim related to a template, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Other sites

The site links to Framer, Contra, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and others. I don’t control those sites and their own terms apply when you use them.

Privacy

How the site handles your data is explained in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it’s posted.
